   Informatics Goes to TPB (IGT TPB) 2026 — the gathering that welcomes new Informatics students at ITERA during their first-year Common Preparatory Program (TPB). Led a 13-person IT Division across three sub-divisions (UI/UX, Frontend, Backend), each with its own head, to build the event's web platform for about 280 users: 247 new students plus group mentors (daplok) across 15 groups.

   Leadership

   • Organized the team into UI/UX (3 staff), Frontend (3 staff), and Backend (4 staff), and coordinated handoffs from design to frontend to backend
   • Wrote the technical specification: roles and permissions, data flows, database design, and a phased one-month delivery plan
   • Ran a pull-request Git workflow (feature branches, dev branch, code review), with 20+ PRs merged
   • Set engineering standards: API contracts, a consistent response format, a naming convention, linting and formatting, and a rule that the build must pass before merge

   Platform Features

   • Google sign-in limited to ITERA student emails, matched automatically to the official roster by NIM
   • QR attendance scanned by group mentors, with session, group, and duplicate checks, plus manual check-in as a fallback
   • Assignment submission via links (Drive, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), checked against allowed platforms and deadlines, with revision history
   • Admin dashboard: CSV roster import, user/group/session/task management, and attendance reports with CSV export
   • Role-based access control, rate limiting, and unit and integration tests (Vitest)

   • Warehouse Management System: Architecting and developing a comprehensive Batch Inventory System as a Full-stack Next.js application to manage warehouse stocks and logistics.
   • ISP Billing & Hardware Automation: Maintaining a production-grade billing platform with automated invoicing and OLT hardware integration (ZTE & FiberHome) using Next.js and Go.
   • Network Monitoring: Built Go services that monitor OLTs and ONUs over SNMP (optical power, traffic, status) and stream realtime data to the dashboard over WebSocket.
   • Multi-POP Architecture: Developed a central system managing many POP (Point of Presence) servers over WireGuard tunnels, including automated installation and an in-dashboard SSH terminal.
